Sempio Launches Two Types of 'Delicious Vegetarian Life Yeondu Meal Kits'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Sempio announced on the 26th that it has launched two types of the premium side dish brand 'Jipbanchan Yeonguso' "Delicious Vegetarian Life Yeondu Meal Kits." These meal kits consist of Yeondu, a purely plant-based fermented soybean cooking essence, and prepped and measured ingredients.
The "Delicious Vegetarian Life Yeondu Meal Kits" include 'Yeondu Chaegaejang' and 'Yeongoo Mushroom Japchae.' 'Yeondu Chaegaejang' uses Yeondu万能 broth made only with Yeondu and water to create the spicy flavor of yukgaejang without meat. 'Yeondu Mushroom Japchae' completes a gourmet dish with a seasoning made by mixing Yeondu with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
