Ezy Direct is a service that allows customers to easily check and contract vehicle-specific quotes reflecting customer data on PC and mobile, offering faster and more accurate service than before. The main features of Ezy Direct are threefold: personalized rental fee guidance through online channels, professional after-sales management by Car Managers, and enhanced convenience through diversified payment methods. Through this, SK Rent-a-Car plans to further elevate customer value.
First, SK Rent-a-Car has implemented a system that provides the same quote anytime and anywhere based on customer information. Typically, offline quotation services often fail to properly reflect customer credit information or vary depending on the salesperson, whereas Ezy Direct calculates accurate rental fees by verifying individual customer information. Moreover, the system automatically applies online channel discounts and various additional discount policies to the quotes. After simple authentication, the entire process from quotation to contract consists of six steps and takes only three minutes. If customers only want to know general quotes by vehicle type, they can even skip the identity verification process and check within one minute. After the quote, no calls or texts are made to urge customers to contract, reducing inconvenience and burden.
Second, the operation of SK Rent-a-Car’s exclusive Car Managers, who take responsibility from contract to delivery and after-sales management, is also noteworthy. Car Managers are matched with customers from the contract stage and accompany them to the vehicle delivery location to assist with checking the vehicle’s interior and exterior condition and explaining options.
