TricksterM is a mobile massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) based on the Trickster intellectual property (IP) released in 2003, characterized by charming pixel art graphics. With TricksterM receiving favorable responses in its early stages, expectations for NCSoft's performance improvement have also increased. Hwang Seung-taek, a researcher at Hana Financial Investment, stated, "We estimate that second-half sales will increase by 42.9% compared to the first half, and operating profit will increase by 140.6%." NCSoft posted disappointing results in the first quarter with sales of 512.5 billion KRW and operating profit of 56.7 billion KRW, representing decreases of 29.9% and 76.5% respectively compared to the previous year.
