Kise Do, Chairman of Wibon Group, Joins the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge'
[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] On the 24th, Gi Se-do, chairman of Wibon Group, announced that he participated in the ‘Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge’ on the 21st to prevent children's traffic accidents and establish a safe traffic culture.
The ‘Children’s Traffic Safety Relay Challenge’ is a campaign implemented by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety since December last year to establish a traffic culture that prioritizes child protection and to form a national consensus on preventing children's traffic accidents. The challenge involves holding a signboard with the traffic safety slogan ‘Stop for 1 second! Look both ways twice! Wait for 3 seconds! Prevent 4 accidents!’, taking photos, sharing them on SNS, and then nominating the next participant.
Chairman Gi Se-do said, “I hope a safe environment will be created where children who are just stepping into the world can freely run and grow up,” and added, “I am honored to participate in such a meaningful event, and I hope more people will continuously take interest and keep the relay going so that the campaign can continue.” He emphasized, “Even after participating in the challenge, we will strive to raise awareness of children's traffic safety among our employees.”
Having been nominated by Moon Joo-hyun, chairman of MDM Group, Gi Se-do of Wibon Group participated in the challenge and nominated Park Yong-hwan, chairman of The Park Motors, as the next participant.

Furthermore, Chairman Gi has led social contribution activities by donating scholarships and building the Rose House rest area at his alma mater Chosun University, and donating Audi research vehicles twice to Chosun National University of Science and Technology.
