According to their agency Big Hit Music, YouTube announced on the 23rd that the "Butter" music video, released on the 21st, recorded 108.2 million views within 24 hours of its release. This is the highest number of views recorded in 24 hours among all music videos on YouTube.

BTS now holds both the first and second places for the most viewed music videos on YouTube within 24 hours.
