Korea Railroad Operates Ethics Practice Week... All Employees Participate in 5 Major Programs
[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Korea Railroad announced on the 23rd that it will operate an "Ethics Practice Week" from the 31st of this month to the 6th of next month.
The Ethics Practice Week is held to enhance employees' understanding of ethical management and to establish an ethical culture within the organization, in line with the purpose of Corporate Ethics Day (June 2).
During Ethics Practice Week, Korea Railroad will conduct five major programs: ▲10 Promises for Practicing the Three No's ▲Ethical Awareness Diagnosis ▲Ethics Letter ▲Human Rights Respect Public Campaign ▲Human Rights Railroad Forum.
Earlier, in September last year, Korea Railroad formed an "Ethical Management Committee" with external experts, designating "Compliance, Human Rights, and Fairness" as the core values of ethical management.
It is also making efforts to strengthen corporate ethics, such as developing an integrated internal reporting platform and a company-wide resolution for ethics practice.
