According to the legal community on the 20th, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office Digital Sex Crime Special Investigation Task Force (Team Leader Oh Se-young, Head of the Women and Children Crime Investigation Department) additionally indicted Jo Joo-bin last month on charges of sexual assault and coercion.
Jo Joo-bin is accused of threatening three female victims to take nude photos and receiving these photos.
Previously, the investigative agency first indicted him on charges of distributing the photos, but during the investigation, the victims' identities were confirmed, leading to the additional application of charges such as sexual assault against Jo Joo-bin.

Jo Joo-bin was sentenced to 40 years in prison in the first trial for distributing sexual exploitation materials in the 'Baksa Room' and 5 years in prison for charges including concealment of criminal proceeds. The appellate court verdict will be delivered on the 1st of next month.
