Announcement of Recruitment Trends Changed by COVID-19
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 20th that it will hold a non-face-to-face 'Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Job Meeting' on the 26th to listen to opinions from the field and discuss hiring trends of SMEs in the COVID-19 era.
The meeting will be broadcast live on the bank's official YouTube channel. First, CEO Mi-young Seo of Incruit will present on the changes in the hiring market after the spread of COVID-19, SME hiring trends, and employment trends of the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z).
Following this, young job seekers and representatives of green and digital-related companies will participate, with employment YouTuber 'Inssa Damdangja' acting as the moderator for the discussion. The session will cover introductions to green and digital-related companies, changes in hiring trends focusing on experienced professionals, and discuss the challenges faced by young job seekers and possible responses.
An IBK Industrial Bank official stated, "The valuable opinions gathered during the meeting will be reflected in the bank's future 'job creation projects' to enhance support programs for SME hiring."
