LG PuriCare 360° Air Purifier, 1 in 2 People Purchase the 'Alpha' Model

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG Electronics' 'LG PuriCare 360° Air Purifier Alpha,' launched earlier this year, is gaining popularity.
According to LG Electronics on the 20th, the LG PuriCare 360° Air Purifier Alpha accounted for more than half of the LG PuriCare 360° air purifier sales this month. The Alpha model emerged as the main sales product about three months after its release at the end of February.
LG Electronics has partnered with the Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul, located on Namsan in Seoul, to conduct experiential marketing for the PuriCare 360° Air Purifier Alpha. Customers can experience the differentiated performance and design of the PuriCare 360° Air Purifier Alpha not only in guest rooms but also at the front desk and restaurant.
According to LG Electronics, the LG PuriCare 360˚ Air Purifier Alpha has expanded its purification area from 100㎡ to 114㎡ compared to the existing PuriCare 360˚ Air Purifier Plus. The purification distance of the clean boosters located at the top and bottom has also increased compared to the previous model.
Customers can place separately purchasable AI sensors in areas of the home that require focused air management and link them with the Alpha product. This setup detects polluted air about 5 minutes faster than using the air purifier alone and purifies the corresponding space. Up to three AI sensors can be connected.
This product also features various convenience and hygiene functions, including ▲voice guidance that notifies users of operation mode changes and filter replacement timing ▲a filter life sensor that more accurately indicates filter replacement timing by measuring pressure differences based on usage time and dust accumulation on the filter ▲and a V True Total Care filter with antiviral and antibacterial effects.
LG Electronics has also expanded customer choices by introducing an Objet Collection model in Nature Green, which offers a calm and comfortable feel.
