Hana Bank "Experience 'Quick Claims for Real Loss Insurance' on Hana One Q"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Hana Bank announced on the 18th that it will implement the 'Fast Claims for Actual Expense Insurance' service, allowing users of the mobile banking application 'Hana One Q' to easily and conveniently claim insurance benefits.
The insurance companies covered by this service include 12 companies: Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, KB Insurance, NH Nonghyup Insurance, Heungkuk Fire & Marine Insurance, DB Insurance, Lotte Insurance, Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance, Hanwha General Insurance, Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance, Samsung Life Insurance, NH Life Insurance, and Korea Post Insurance. Customers using Hana One Q who are subscribed to actual expense insurance or dental insurance with these companies can now claim insurance benefits quickly and easily through the 'Hana One Q' app without having to access the insurance companies' websites or apps separately.
The Fast Claims for Actual Expense Insurance service links medical data when using affiliated hospitals such as Pusan National University Hospital and Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, enabling claims without separate supporting documents. Even for non-affiliated hospitals, users can simply take photos of supporting documents with their phones to easily claim insurance benefits, maximizing user convenience.
