Celebrating its 26th year, the 'Shanghai Beauty Expo' is the largest global beauty expo visited annually by buyers and visitors from around the world. It was held at the Shanghai Pudong New International Expo Center from the 12th to the 14th, with over 3,700 companies from 40 countries including Korea, Japan, and China participating.
The 'Shanghai Beauty Expo' serves as a platform to check the latest trends in the Chinese cosmetics and beauty market. It contributes to the development of the global beauty market while acting as a testbed for companies worldwide aiming at distribution and sales in the Chinese beauty market.
VT Cosmetic, participating in the expo for the third consecutive year, showcased key products from its Cica line, which is effective in soothing sensitive skin, such as the 'Cica Purifying Mask,' 'Pro Cica Mask,' and 'Cica Mild Foam Cleanser,' attracting attention from overseas buyers and visitors.
The VT Cosmetic Cica line, including a total of 10 products such as the 'Cica Daily Soothing Mask,' 'Cica Spot Patch,' and 'Cica Capsule Mask,' has been recognized for its product quality both domestically and internationally by obtaining the European cosmetics certification (CPNP), which has stringent evaluation standards.
The Cica Daily Soothing Mask is a bestseller that ranked first in overall sales across all categories during the Mega Discount period on Japan's open market Qoo10 Japan and took first place in the sheet mask category on Japan's largest cosmetics review platform, '@cosme.'
During the expo, VT Cosmetic signed a strategic business partnership agreement with 'Meilishuxing,' China's largest application providing cosmetic harmful ingredient analysis information, expecting to enhance brand trust and expand sales channels among Chinese consumers.
Recently, with the growth of the 'Yanz Economy,' which values appearance, interest in cosmetic ingredients has increased in China. Meilishuxing is an app with high trust in China that allows users to check ingredient labels and safety ratings for over 2 million beauty products.
