Expected precipitation amounts are 5 to 30 mm in eastern Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Gyeongsang provinces, and around 5 mm in the Seoul metropolitan area (excluding eastern Gyeonggi), Chungnam, Jeolla, the five western islands, and Ulleungdo and Dokdo.
Morning low temperatures are forecasted to be between 12 and 18 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs between 14 and 23 degrees Celsius. Dense fog is expected until daytime along the west and south coasts and Jeju Island. Winds will be very strong and waves high in the distant seas off the southern coast, Jeju Island, and the East Sea.
