Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort, Grand Hyatt Launches 'Blueberry Yuchae Bingsu'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort announced on the 14th that it will sell Jeju Blueberry Canola Bingsu at Grand Hyatt Jeju's 'Lounge 38'.
The bingsu consists of milk ice with canola and honey, topped with Jeju-grown blueberries, homemade blueberry compote, and blueberry ice cream. It also includes caramelized cacao nibs. Fresh canola flower decorations are added. The price is 50,000 won.
'Lounge 38' is located on the 38th floor, the highest floor in Jeju, offering panoramic views of Jeju city, the sea, and Hallasan Mountain.

Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort is located 10 minutes from Jeju Airport. It features 1,600 all-suite concept rooms with views of Jeju city, the sea, and Hallasan Mountain through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. There are 14 restaurants and bars where guests can enjoy authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Italian cuisine, as well as an 8th-floor outdoor pool deck, premium spa, kids arcade, and Korea's first K-fashion shopping mall HAN Collection among other facilities.
