[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] The Southeast Regional Tourism Headquarters held the final report meeting for the 'Southeast Regional Tourism Revitalization Plan Establishment Project,' which was conducted over approximately 12 months, on the 12th at the Ulsan Exhibition & Convention Center conference room.
The report meeting was attended by about 20 people, including the chairman of the Southeast Tourism Council, tourism promotion heads from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam, advisory committee members, and the project execution company.
The Southeast Tourism Council is a council formed by Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam to establish a regional tourism system, and the Southeast Regional Tourism Headquarters serves as its executive organization.
Starting with a progress report on the project, after the final report, there was a session to gather various opinions from attendees on how to highlight the tourism attractions of the Southeast region.
The main contents of the project include the goal of 'revitalizing Southeast regional tourism using tourism resources from Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam,' focusing on discovering differentiated linked tourism content, establishing a unique concept and vision for the Southeast region, and preparing strategies to secure national funding.
