Based on this MOU, K Shopping plans to create synergy by combining its expertise as a commerce operator in product sourcing and distribution with SBS Medianet’s capabilities in producing and promoting various TV programs across entertainment, lifestyle, and sports channels.
Leveraging SBS Medianet’s professional production support, K Shopping will expand the mobile live broadcasts conducted on the K Shopping mobile app. Utilizing K Shopping’s commerce capabilities, it will actively collaborate from product planning to sales channel support by connecting with celebrities and experts appearing on SBS Medianet, and by utilizing the characteristics and infrastructure of each channel. Additionally, K Shopping plans to strengthen product sourcing and promotion marketing by showcasing its key category products such as food, health supplements, living, and beauty through various TV programs operated by SBS Medianet.
