GS Shop Expands 'Shoppy Live' Mobile Broadcasts... Strengthening Live Commerce
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] GS Shop announced on the 11th that its mobile-exclusive live commerce will be reborn as ‘Shoppy Live.’ Shoppy Live has expanded its broadcast frequency to more than four times daily this month and can be viewed on the GS Shop mobile app. From the fixed top tab, viewers can check the schedule, watch past broadcasts anytime, and set alarms.
Shoppy Live implies that ‘the joy of shopping never ends.’ It plans to further strengthen interactive communication with customers, which traditional TV home shopping could not provide. Accordingly, various broadcast formats emphasizing customer interaction, such as chat participation, first-come-first-served events, and viewing verification, are being added.
Additionally, as the live commerce market grows, customer complaints about product quality assurance have increased. To address this, Shoppy Live focuses on introducing brand products through carefully curated selections that customers can trust and purchase confidently.
