LH announced that President Kim made these remarks during a "Pre-Subscription Preparation Status Meeting" held to ensure the successful implementation of the advance subscription process scheduled to begin in July. This meeting was the second policy project review meeting presided over by President Kim since his inauguration, following the emergency review meeting on the February 4 Policy Measures held on April 28.
During the meeting, President Kim reviewed the status of the new subscription system being established for application reception and winner selection, measures to prevent server downtime, preparations for a dedicated call center to open before the first round of advance subscriptions in July, and the readiness of four on-site reception centers (Wirye, Goyang, Namyangju, Dongtan) for those with limited internet access.
He also checked the progress of essential pre-application tasks, including district planning and housing design schedules for each of the 30 subscription sites planned for this year.
LH explained that, following the launch of the dedicated advance subscription website (사전청약.kr) on April 29, the corporation has now officially commenced preparations for this year's advance subscription process through this review meeting.
The advance subscription system is a policy that accelerates (by about one to two years) the supply schedule of public sale housing in the third-generation new towns and other areas. LH expects that this will allow genuine home seekers without homes to purchase their own homes sooner and resolve a significant portion of the pre-sale demand in the Seoul metropolitan area.
This year's advance subscription plan includes a total of 32,000 units: 4,400 units in July (including Incheon Gyeyang), 9,100 units in October (including Namyangju Wangsuk 2), 4,000 units in November (including Hanam Gyosan), and 12,700 units in December (including Bucheon Daejang, Goyang Changneung, and Namyangju Wangsuk), to be supplied in four phases.
Key locations, supply volumes, and application requirements for advance subscriptions can be checked on the dedicated website (사전청약.kr). In addition, information on each project district and block, as well as site layouts and floor plans, will be sequentially disclosed in line with the announcement schedule.
