SKIET to be Listed on KOSPI on the 11th
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] The Korea Exchange announced on the 7th that SK IE Technology (SKIET) will be listed on the KOSPI market on the 11th.
SKIET was established in 2019 as a spin-off from SK Innovation and produces battery separators, essential materials for lithium-ion secondary batteries. Last year, its sales amounted to 460.3 billion KRW, with a net profit of 90.7 billion KRW.
The initial price will be determined on the listing day by accepting bids between 90% and 200% of the public offering price of 105,000 KRW from 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and the price at which the sell and buy orders match will be set. Based on this initial price, a price limit of ±30% will be applied during the trading day.

If the initial price is formed at twice the public offering price and rises to the upper limit, SKIET's stock price on the listing day could reach up to 273,000 KRW.
