Goryeong-gun, Individual Official Land Price Review and Resolution ... Average Increase of 8.73% Compared to Previous Year
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Goryeong County, Gyeongbuk Province (County Governor Kwak Yong-hwan) announced on the 7th that it held a Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee meeting at the county office on the 6th to review and decide on the appropriateness of the individual official land prices as of January 1st this year.
At the meeting, 10 committee members including Vice County Governor Kim Sang-woo, the chairman, and 4 appraisal verification committee members attended to re-examine the appropriateness of the assessed prices for 101,971 parcels within the county, which had been investigated and calculated since November last year.
This year's individual official land prices increased by an average of 8.73% compared to the previous year. This reflects the rise in the standard land official prices, improvement in road conditions, completion of development projects such as country house complexes and new factory constructions, and actual transaction prices. The individual official land prices will be announced on the 31st, and objections can be submitted to the county office's civil affairs department or the town and township offices by June 30th.
