Cheomdansikjajaemart Delivers Ready Meals and Snacks for Abused and Underprivileged Children on Children's Day
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters announced on the 7th that it held a donation ceremony for abused and underprivileged children in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas together with Cheomdan Food Material Mart located in Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City.
The donated items, prepared by Cheomdan Food Material Mart for Children's Day, consist of ready-to-eat meals and snacks, and will be delivered through Good Neighbors Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters to three child protection agencies, two group homes for abused children, and one local children's center in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas.
Bae Junyeol, head of the Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters, said, "We are grateful for practicing sharing for children in the local community who are experiencing economic difficulties due to COVID-19," and added, "We will ensure that the donations reach abused and underprivileged children in the Gwangju and Jeonnam areas who need help."
