DB Insurance to Collaborate with Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy and Innovation on Insurtech
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] DB Insurance announced on the 3rd that it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation on the 30th of last month to promote InsurTech services.
The two organizations plan to jointly design and implement various collaborative programs, including information exchange related to the InsurTech industry and companies, discovering and commercializing outstanding InsurTech startups, and providing InsurTech-related consulting for startups.
DB Insurance plans to utilize the network of the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation to discover excellent InsurTech startups and promote their commercialization.
Previously, DB Insurance also signed MOUs with Seoul Fintech Lab and Seoul Center for Creative Economy & Innovation to activate InsurTech services.

A DB Insurance official stated, "Creative collaboration with related startups is necessary to activate InsurTech services," and added, "We will continuously cooperate with outstanding startups that will lead the InsurTech market together with the Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation."
