The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "There will be continued bad weather with gusty winds accompanied by thunder and lightning on this day."
In the mountainous areas of Gangwon, temperatures will be low enough for snow flurries, and in higher altitude mountain regions, snow accumulation is expected.
Expected precipitation amounts are 20-60mm in Gangwon Yeongdong and Jeju Island, 10-40mm in Gangwon Yeongseo, Jeonnam region, Gyeongsang region, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo, and 5-20mm in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, and Jeonbuk.
Additionally, rain is expected to continue until the next morning in the Seoul metropolitan area, Gangwon, Chungbuk, and Gyeongbuk regions.
Morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 10°C △Chuncheon 10°C △Gangneung 10°C △Daejeon 10°C △Cheongju 11°C △Daegu 10°C △Gwangju 10°C △Jeonju 10°C △Busan 12°C △Jeju 13°C.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 15°C △Chuncheon 14°C △Gangneung 15°C △Daejeon 16°C △Cheongju 16°C △Daegu 15°C △Gwangju 17°C △Jeonju 16°C △Busan 18°C △Jeju 16°C.
Fine dust levels will be at a 'moderate' level across all regions.
