Samsung Chairman Lee Geon-hee Donates 2.5% Lions Shares to Daegu City
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] The 2.5% stake in Samsung Lions held by the late Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-hee has been donated to the city of Daegu free of charge.
On the 30th, Samsung Lions announced that 5,000 shares (2.5%) owned by Chairman Lee Kun-hee were donated to Daegu. Daegu is the home city of the professional baseball team Samsung Lions.
