GS Shop Launches Support for SME CCM Certification Consulting
GS Shop has decided to support small and medium-sized partner companies in obtaining Consumer-Centered Management (CCM) certification.

CCM is a system that certifies companies by evaluating from the consumer's perspective whether the activities conducted by the company are organized around consumers and whether related management activities are continuously improved. It is operated by the Korea Consumer Agency and certified by the Fair Trade Commission.
GS Shop will provide consulting support to partner companies pursuing CCM certification to help them effectively obtain the certification, and will offer on-site CCM certification support services utilizing GS Shop's CCM experts.
The support targets include Fresh Easy, a meal kit specialist company; Oatree, which mainly sells nuts; and Songwon APC, famous for Sanji-ae apples. These companies have decided to continue consumer-centered management activities through CCM certification, and GS Shop plans to carry out various consumer-centered activities such as campaigns, education, and promotion in collaboration with them.
