Black Yak Kang Tae-sun Sharing Foundation Selects 6th Cohort of 'Youth Sherpa Y.A.K.'
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] BYN Black Yak's social welfare foundation, Black Yak Kang Taeseon Sharing Foundation, announced on the 25th that it is selecting the 6th group of Black Yak Youth Sherpa Y.A.K. (You. Are. Keepers) members.
Now in its 6th year, the foundation's 'Y.A.K. Project' was planned to jointly consider and solve social and environmental issues that exist in various forms in our daily lives. It carries out activities in various fields such as the 'Black Yak Yellow Dust Shield Project,' which creates an ecological garden in the Kubuqi Desert, and the 'National Touring Public Campaign,' which spreads the importance of the environment and a healthy civil society nationwide.
The approximately 30 Black Yak Youth Sherpas selected for the 6th group will carry out various environmental movements and online and offline public interest activities until December this year. In particular, they plan to actively promote an eco-friendly lifestyle by conducting social contribution activities including the 'K-pure Project,' which leads the establishment of a new resource circulation system through upcycling of daily plastic waste, focusing on marine litter collection activities.
