[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the morning of the 22nd at 10 a.m., Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the opening ceremony of the Nowon Disabled Support Center 'Didimdol'.
The 'Nowon Disabled Support Center Didimdol,' established to provide necessary services for disabled activities such as welfare counseling, resource linkage, and job support for the disabled, is located on the 1st floor of Kumho Plaza near Nowon Station (32, Sanggye-ro 5-gil). With a total area of 33,110㎡, it houses the Disabled Daily Job Support Center, Disabled Family Support Center, offices of five disabled organizations, and training rooms.
The opening ceremony was held with the attendance of Mayor Oh Seung-rok and representatives of resident disabled organizations, proceeding in the order of progress report, presentation of appreciation plaques, ribbon-cutting ceremony, and facility tour.
Due to COVID-19, the event was conducted on a small scale while complying with social distancing guidelines such as wearing masks, temperature checks, and hand sanitization for attendees.
