Bredaum is a compound word combining "bread" and "daum," which means characteristic or qualification. Under the slogan "Making bread that is truly bread, faithful to the basics," the concept is a bakery that embodies solid quality and taste, using carefully selected high-quality ingredients ranging from domestic to famous overseas raw materials. The focus is on bringing out the original taste and characteristics of bread through optimal recipes, from meal replacement breads to snack breads and desserts.
The newly introduced products are Roasted Walnut Bread, Sweet Cream Bread, Cream-filled Red Bean Bread, and Strawberry Cream Red Bean Bread. Roasted Walnut Bread is a premium healthy bread made with domestic grains such as barley, rye, and beans. It contains oven-roasted walnuts to enhance the nutty flavor, and uses a patented fermented liquid cultured with lactic acid bacteria during dough preparation, resulting in a chewy and moist texture.
Sweet Cream Bread contains more than twice the amount of sweet butter cream inside moist and soft castella compared to existing products. It uses Dutch butter for excellent buttery flavor and adds jam made from domestic apples for a refreshing taste. Cream-filled Red Bean Bread and Strawberry Cream Red Bean Bread are made with sweet whole red bean paste using traditional ingredients, generously filled with butter cream and strawberry cream.
Seven Eleven plans to sequentially introduce a total of about 20 Bredaum products within the year. To commemorate the brand launch, customers who purchase Bredaum products until the end of this month will receive six types of beverages, including Lets Be and Capri Sun, for free.
