Emart·SSG.com, Apple Omni Service... "Online and Offline Collaboration Synergy"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Emart and SSG.com announced on the 19th that they will newly launch a convenient 'Apple Omni Service' that allows customers to purchase Apple Korea products on SSG.com and pick them up at Emart Ace Store without waiting for delivery.
The service will first be introduced at Ace Stores located in 10 Emart branches starting on the 21st, and will be expanded to 55 Emart Ace Stores nationwide from May 3rd.
The Apple Omni Service applies to Apple Korea products sold on SSG.com such as iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and other accessories that are tagged as store pickup items on Emart Mall. Customers can select their desired pickup store, date, and time on the payment screen, and after payment, they can receive the product at Emart Ace Store using the voucher number sent to their mobile phone.
Through this service, customers can conveniently shop online and pick up their products quickly at the store on their preferred date without waiting for delivery. Additionally, it is expected that customers can purchase products at a lower price by utilizing various coupons and card discount benefits provided by SSG.com.
To celebrate the service launch, various benefits will be offered until the 9th of next month. When purchasing any iPhone 12 model, customers will receive a Belkin tempered glass film and installation service at Ace Store, and when purchasing iPads, MacBooks, or Apple Watches, AppleCare+ will be offered at a 50% discount. AppleCare+ can be paid for on-site at the store.
