From Cost-Effective Wines to Premium Wines, Discounts Up to 80%
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Yuri] AK Plaza Bundang Branch is holding the 'AK World Wine Festival' event starting from the 16th to celebrate the 4th anniversary of the renewal of its food hall.
Recently, due to COVID-19, company dinner culture has declined, and the 'home drinking' culture, where people enjoy drinks lightly at home, is rapidly gaining ground. In line with this trend, the cumulative sales of the wine corner in AK Plaza's food hall have increased by 68% compared to last year. In particular, sales of cost-effective daily wines (under 30,000 KRW), preferred by young customers in their 20s and 30s, have grown by more than 100%.
The 'AK World Wine Festival' will be held over the weekend at Piazza360 on the first floor of the Bundang branch. Various importers including the newly opened 'Enoteca' store on the first floor last year, 'Lotte Wine', 'Ayoung FBC', and 'Geumyang Wine' will participate. Wines from up to 20 countries will be sold at reasonable prices.
