According to the Daily Mail and others on the 14th (local time), the Texas Border Patrol discovered 20 people hiding tightly in the empty space under the trailer boards trying to enter the U.S. on the 12th.
Among the 20, 18 were adults, and 2 were teenagers aged 10 and 15 respectively. Their nationalities and identities have not been disclosed.
The Border Patrol also released photos of the cargo, such as bags, placed as camouflage by the illegal immigrants to conceal themselves.

Meanwhile, in the United States, there are concerns that illegal immigration has reached an all-time high since President Joe Biden took office this year.
Unlike the strict anti-immigration policies of the former Donald Trump administration, President Biden's pro-immigration stance has led to a large number of immigrants from Latin America attempting to enter.
In March, there were 170,000 illegal immigration attempts at the U.S.-Mexico border, the highest in 20 years. Notably, this included a record number of 19,000 'unaccompanied children' attempting to enter alone.
In response, President Biden assigned Vice President Harris to handle the illegal immigration issue at the southern border on the 25th of last month. As the first female Vice President of the U.S. and the daughter of immigrants, Vice President Harris has been regarded as well-suited to address immigration issues.
