Marking its 11th anniversary this year, the Consumer Evaluation Panel plays a role in bridging communication between the company and customers by proposing various opinions from the customer's perspective through product and service experiences. The 19th panel plans to carry out various activities such as analyzing consumer trends in the 'Ontact' era of online communication and identifying and improving issues following the enforcement of the Financial Consumer Protection Act.
Additionally, external experts in consumer protection will attend the Consumer Evaluation Panel presentation to provide professional and objective advice on consumer policies and customer service quality.
