Cold wave warnings have been issued for northern Gyeonggi, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon, some inland areas of Chungnam, Chungbuk, inland Gyeongbuk, and eastern Jeonbuk. In some inland and mountainous areas, morning temperatures will drop below freezing, making it cold. The morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 6°C △Incheon 8°C △Chuncheon 4°C △Gangneung 7°C △Cheongju 5°C △Daejeon 3°C △Gwangju 4°C △Daegu 5°C △Busan 7°C △Jeju 8°C.
The daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 18°C △Incheon 15°C △Chuncheon 19°C △Gangneung 19°C △Daejeon 19°C △Cheongju 19°C △Daegu 18°C △Gwangju 19°C △Busan 17°C △Jeju 17°C.
In these areas, frost and ice may form in the morning, so precautions should be taken in advance to prevent damage to fruit trees and crops caused by low temperatures. On the other hand, daytime temperatures will rise about 2 degrees higher than the previous day, with a temperature difference of more than 15 degrees Celsius mainly in inland areas.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'Good' to 'Moderate' across all regions. Fog with visibility less than 1 km may occur mainly in inland areas until 9 a.m., so caution is advised for traffic safety.

Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea nearshore, 0.5 to 1 meter in the West Sea nearshore, and 0.5 to 1 meter in the South Sea nearshore. Wave heights in the open sea are expected to be 0.5 to 2 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea.
