Busan Bank Implements ‘SWIFT GPI’ Service... Real-Time Tracking of Overseas Remittance Routes
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] BNK Busan Bank announced that starting from the 14th, it will implement the SWIFT GPI (Global Payment Innovation) service, which allows real-time tracking of overseas remittance routes anytime and anywhere.
SWIFT GPI is an advanced service based on the existing SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) network for overseas remittances and is becoming the new standard for international money transfers.
With the implementation of the SWIFT GPI service, customers can directly check the progress of their remittances in real-time via the internet or smartphones, enhancing customer convenience.
