BNK Savings Bank Signs 'Modern Pentathlon Team Support Agreement' with Busan Sports Council

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] BNK Savings Bank announced on the 7th that it has signed a 'Modern Pentathlon Team Support Business Agreement' with the Busan Metropolitan City Sports Council.
The signing ceremony took place at the Busan Metropolitan City Sports Council Hall located in Dongnae-gu, Busan. BNK Savings Bank plans to sponsor various expenses including team operation costs, uniforms, and training wear again this year, following last year.
The modern pentathlon refers to five events: fencing, swimming, equestrian, shooting, and cross-country running. It is a sport where all events are held in one day, and rankings are determined by the total combined scores of each discipline.
The modern pentathlon team sponsored by BNK Savings Bank consists of a total of seven members: three female athletes including national representative Kim Se-hee, who is preparing to participate in the Tokyo Olympics this year, three male athletes, and a coach.
