Gyeongnam Province Launches Safety Inspections at Campsites for Spring Outing Season
Until the 21st, 40 camping sites including glamping and auto camping grounds targeted
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] Gyeongsangnam-do announced on the 6th that it will conduct safety inspections of campgrounds such as glamping sites, caravans, and auto camping sites until the 21st in preparation for the spring outing season.
Among the 258 registered campgrounds in the province, inspections will be conducted on 40 sites, including 27 general campgrounds and 13 auto camping sites.
The main inspection items include the installation and proper operation of standalone smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms, appropriate distance separation of camping facilities, completion of safety training by business operators and management personnel, and proper installation of circuit breakers.
Minor hazards identified during the inspection will be corrected immediately on site, and issues requiring long-term repair or reinforcement plans will be tracked and managed until the hazards are resolved.
