Jinju-si, 2021 Individual Official Land Price Inspection and Opinion Submission

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Jinju City, Gyeongnam announced on the 5th that it will open the individual official land prices for 293,831 parcels, whose individual official land price calculation and verification were completed as of January 1, 2021, from the 5th to the 26th, and will listen to opinions from landowners and stakeholders.
This individual official land price was calculated by comparing the land characteristics between standard land (5,149 parcels) and individual land, and verified by appraisal corporations. It can be checked by visiting the City Hall Land Information Division, nearby eup/myeon offices, and dong administrative welfare centers, or through the 'Real Estate Official Price Notification' website on the city homepage. Landowners and stakeholders who have opinions on the listed prices can submit an opinion submission form.
For the lands on which opinions are submitted, a re-investigation will be conducted regarding price balance with nearby lands and standard lands, followed by verification by appraisal corporations and deliberation by the city’s Real Estate Price Public Announcement Committee. Individual notifications will be sent to those who submitted opinions by May 10, and the individual official land prices, after review and opinion collection, will be finalized and announced on the 31st.
The individual official land price is the price per unit area (KRW/㎡) for individual land calculated based on the standard land official price selected by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. It is used as data for calculating national taxes such as capital gains tax and inheritance tax, local taxes such as property tax and acquisition tax, and various charges.
