Trailer Overturns After Hitting Median Barrier on Honam Expressway
Suncheon Fire Station, Rapid Response After Report Received to Conclude On-Site Incident
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] At around 6:46 a.m. on the 5th, a trailer collided with the central divider and overturned on the Honam Expressway about 7 km from Suncheon toward Gwangju.
The Suncheon Fire Department arrived at the scene at around 7:02 a.m. after receiving the report, deploying 5 pieces of equipment and 16 personnel to complete the site cleanup.
The driver, a man in his 20s, had exited the vehicle after the accident and complained of back pain. He was transported to Seonggarolo Hospital, but the Suncheon Fire Department reported that his condition was minor.
