Busan Western Office of Education Conducts 'Visiting Contract Consulting' as a School Contract Guide
Case-Based Customized Consulting to Enhance Contract Manager Expertise
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] The Busan Western Education Support Office (Education Director Seo Seong-hee) will conduct the '2021 On-site Customized Contract Consulting' for 30 elementary and middle schools in the district from April to October.
The consulting is conducted to strengthen the expertise of school contract officers and to foster a trusted contract culture.
The Western Education Support Office formed a 'School Contract Support Team' consisting of experienced administrative directors and contract officers from the education support office.
The 'School Contract Support Team' visits schools directly to provide consulting through school-specific self-checklists and offers customized consulting focused on common purchase items such as school uniforms, graduation albums, and books.
During this consulting, administrative directors act as mentors for each school, providing guidance on laws and guidelines related to contract work and conducting mentoring through various Q&A sessions.
Additionally, to ensure continuous support, a system for constant matching between mentors and mentees for each school will be established.
