40s Worker Killed After Being Hit by Trailer at Gwangju Underpass Construction Site

According to the Gwangju Nambu Police Station on the 2nd, at around 1:50 PM that day, traffic signal officer A (40) was hit by the rear wheel of a 25-ton trailer vehicle near the Haengam Intersection in Imam-dong, Nam-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, at the underground passage construction site.
It is reported that A was seriously injured and died at the scene due to the accident.
The police believe that A was caught between the rear wheel of the trailer vehicle, which was turning direction at the time of the accident, and the construction site structure.
