[Photo] Yuseonghun Geumcheon-gu Mayor Early Voting for Seoul Mayor By-election
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the first day of early voting for the Seoul mayoral by-election, at 8:30 a.m. on the 2nd, Yuseonghun, the mayor of Geumcheon-gu, voted at the early voting station set up at the Siheung 1-dong Community Center in Geumcheon-gu.
After voting, Mayor Yuseonghun encouraged the staff at the polling station, asking them to "work more carefully so that residents can vote safely given the COVID-19 situation."
Early voting in the Geumcheon area will be held on the 2nd and 3rd from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. at early voting stations set up in 10 community centers.
At each polling station, election duties will be carried out under strict quarantine rules to prevent COVID-19 infection, including temperature checks before entry, wearing sanitary gloves, and maintaining a 1-meter distance.
