Local Employee at Shinhan Bank Yangon Branch Shot Dead on the Morning of the 2nd
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Byung-hee] A local employee of Shinhan Bank's Yangon branch in Myanmar, who was shot in the head by the Myanmar military, has finally died on the 2nd.
The employee was shot in the head and collapsed around 5 p.m. on the 31st while returning home in a company-provided car. At the time, it is known that the military police were conducting vehicle inspections nearby.
The employee was taken to the hospital and underwent surgery on the 1st but ultimately did not regain consciousness and passed away on the morning of the 2nd.
