Kimcheon University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation Selected as 'Youth CEO Development Project' Institution for 3 Consecutive Years
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Gimcheon University (President Yoon Ok-hyun) announced on the 1st that its Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation was selected as the operating institution for the 'Youth CEO Development Project' for the third consecutive year through the selection committee for youth business operating institutions held by Gimcheon City on the 3rd.
The Youth CEO Development Project is a program that supports prospective young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 39 residing in Gimcheon City with startup spaces, startup activity funds (12 million KRW), and startup education.
The recruitment fields include technology startups (mechanical, materials, electrical/electronic, information and communication, etc.), knowledge startups (knowledge content, marketing and promotion, professional consulting, web design, telecommunications, etc.), sixth industry startups (processing and service industries linked to agriculture), and general startups.
The Gimcheon University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation (Director Baek Yeon-seol) plans to announce the recruitment of prospective young entrepreneurs in April, starting with an agreement with Gimcheon City.
