The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "The day will be mostly clear across the country, but clouds will increase in the central regions from the morning, and the southern regions will gradually become cloudy."
On this day, most areas nationwide are expected to have daytime temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius, indicating a full spring day.
However, the eastern parts of Gangwon and the eastern regions of Gyeongbuk will experience cool temperatures around 15 degrees Celsius due to the inflow of easterly winds.
Morning temperatures will be between 5 to 10 degrees Celsius in most areas nationwide, while some inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon and the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk will be chilly around 0 degrees Celsius.
In Jeju Island, rain is expected from morning through the night, and in the Jeonnam region, rain will fall from afternoon through the night.
Morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 10°C △Chuncheon 6°C △Gangneung 9°C △Daejeon 9°C △Cheongju 10°C △Daegu 9°C △Gwangju 10°C △Jeonju 9°C △Busan 12°C △Jeju 14°C.
Daytime high temperatures are forecasted as △Seoul 23°C △Chuncheon 22°C △Gangneung 16°C △Daejeon 20°C △Cheongju 20°C △Daegu 18°C △Gwangju 20°C △Jeonju 21°C △Busan 17°C △Jeju 18°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'moderate' in most areas nationwide, while Gangwon Yeongdong, Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions will temporarily reach 'unhealthy' levels in the afternoon.
