View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-su] On the 30th, Gangjin-gun, Jeollanam-do, held the 'March Rapid Execution Progress Report Meeting' chaired by Deputy Governor Lee Sang-sim, attended by heads of departments and divisions, to check the execution status by department, the county announced on the 31st.
This meeting focused on large-scale projects by department to review the current rapid execution progress and discuss measures to improve performance.
Additionally, it emphasized the department heads' attention and continuous management at each project stage, such as prior administrative procedures and land purchase negotiations, and requested the prompt execution of supplementary budgets prioritized for projects necessary to revitalize the local economy.
The county plans to actively utilize the Ministry of the Interior and Safety's rapid execution guidelines, such as emergency bidding, activation of advance payment execution, and shortening contract review periods, to maximize financial execution within the first half of the year.
Furthermore, to intensively manage rapid execution, report meetings will be held by teams, and daily execution performance status will be shared by department. They plan to accelerate the improvement of execution rates by awarding bonuses to departments excelling in rapid execution.
