'Supporting the Entire Export Process'... Gyeonggi-do Supports 52 Exporting SMEs
Issuance of Export Vouchers, Dedicated 1:1 Assignment of Trade Experts
[Asia Economy Reporter Ra Young-cheol] Gyeonggi Province has selected the recipients of the 'Global Hit Product Creation Support Project' and will support the entire export process from export preparation to overseas expansion.
The province announced on the 25th that it plans to support 52 companies with export vouchers (worth approximately 23.57 million KRW, including a 30% company co-payment) that allow them to choose and utilize over 5,800 services from more than 1,500 institutions.
The available services include overseas market research, overseas certification, document preparation agency, promotion and marketing, brand development support, and customs clearance.
In particular, a dedicated trade expert will be assigned on a one-on-one basis to support companies' export operations and services utilizing the network of 129 KOTRA overseas trade centers worldwide.

Last year, participating companies achieved about a 45% increase in export volume, which contrasted with the average export volume of general companies in the province decreasing by 4.3% during the same period.
