According to the public official asset disclosure data released on the 25th, as of last year, Mayor Lee's total assets amounted to 3.2551 billion KRW (a decrease of about 814 million KRW compared to the previous year), the highest among 15 metropolitan local government heads excluding Seoul and Busan.
The major portions of Mayor Lee's assets were buildings and deposits. As of last year, Mayor Lee held an apartment pre-sale right worth approximately 350 million KRW (Jiphyeon-ri, Sejong City) and an apartment leasehold right worth about 280 million KRW (Dajeong-dong, Sejong City) under his name.
An apartment worth 872 million KRW in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, which was declared in 2019, was removed from the asset list due to a gift. This is believed to be the reason for the approximately 800 million KRW decrease in Mayor Lee's assets compared to the previous year.

The total assets of Mayor Lee also include forest land, fields, and rice paddies owned by his mother and spouse, a house located in Gochang-gun, Jeollabuk-do (mother), a commercial building in Naseong-dong, Sejong City (spouse), and deposit assets.
