Donation of 15 Million KRW for the 3rd Cohort of the Graduate School of Real Estate, and 16 Million KRW for the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management
Alumni of the Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University, including those from the Executive Program and the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management, donated 31 million KRW to President Hansu Hwan for university development funds on March 23 at Dong-Eui University.

On this day, the 3rd class alumni of the Graduate School of Real Estate, including Jeon Bong-su (3rd class alumni association president), Lee Gye-won, Bin Jeong-min (CEO of Law Firm Sihyeon), Lim Jeong-im, Kim Young-in, Han Jeong-mi, and Ahn So-yeon, entrusted 15 million KRW for the Graduate School of Real Estate and university development funds.
Additionally, the 2nd class alumni of the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management, including Lee Soon-ho (5th student council president), Kim Chang-jin, Lee Young-seok (CEO of Mirae Tech), Kim Mi-sook, Jeong Ui-jong, and Kim Tae-gyun, entrusted 16 million KRW for the department and university development funds.
The donation ceremony was attended by Dong-Eui University President Han Su-hwan, Graduate School of Real Estate Dean Kang Jeong-gyu, Vice Dean Yoon Ji-seok, and faculty members of the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management. Dong-Eui University plans to use the development funds for the advancement of the Graduate School of Real Estate, the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management, and the university as a whole.
Kang Jeong-gyu, Dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate and Head of the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management, said, “We are grateful for the support for school development despite the difficulties caused by COVID-19, and we will continue to develop the Graduate School of Real Estate and the Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management so that this dedication bears great fruit.”
The Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University offers three master's degree majors: Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development and Construction, and Real Estate Asset Management (with an admission quota of 40 students), and separately operates a Real Estate Investment and Financial Technology program (1 year, 2 semesters).
The Department of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management in the College of Business Administration (admission quota of 80 students) was established in 2016 as the first regular university program in the Yeongnam region focused on financial technology education for professionals.
