The value of the apartment in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, rose from 3.3522 billion KRW to 3.961 billion KRW, an increase of about 600 million KRW. The commercial property located in Jung-gu, Daejeon, was reported at 738 million KRW last year but was sold, with the transaction price being 1.487 billion KRW.
