View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] On Wednesday the 24th, it will be chilly in the morning but the daytime temperature will rise to around 20 degrees Celsius, showing warm spring weather.
The Korea Meteorological Administration stated, "Morning temperatures will be around 5 degrees Celsius in most areas, but in Gangwon Yeongseo, Chungbuk, and high-altitude inland areas in the south, it will be somewhat cold with temperatures around 0 degrees Celsius."
During the day, temperatures will be around 15 degrees Celsius nationwide, and around 20 degrees Celsius in the Gyeongsang region and the east coast of Gangwon, making it warm.
Also, strong winds are expected mainly in Gangwon and Gyeongbuk regions.
Until the morning of that day, winds in the Gangwon mountain area will blow very strongly at 35~65 km/h (10~18 m/s), with gusts exceeding 90 km/h (25 m/s) in some places.
Winds will also blow strongly at 30~45 km/h (8~13 m/s), with gusts over 55 km/h (15 m/s) along the east coast of Gangwon, the northeastern mountains of Gyeongbuk, and the east coast of Gyeongbuk.
Morning low temperatures by region are forecast as follows: △Seoul 5°C △Chuncheon 1°C △Gangneung 7°C △Daejeon 5°C △Cheongju 5°C △Daegu 3°C △Gwangju 4°C △Jeonju 5°C △Busan 8°C △Jeju 8°C.
Daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 16°C △Chuncheon 17°C △Gangneung 20°C △Daejeon 18°C △Cheongju 18°C △Daegu 18°C △Gwangju 19°C △Jeonju 18°C △Busan 16°C △Jeju 17°C.
Fine dust levels will be 'moderate' in most areas nationwide.

The Korea Meteorological Administration urged, "To prevent damage caused by strong winds, please check and prepare in advance for outdoor facilities such as screening clinics, construction sites, vinyl greenhouses, and traffic lights, as well as hazards like falling objects and signboards blown by the strong winds," emphasizing caution to avoid safety accidents.
