[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction is scheduled to launch sales of ‘Dongdaegu Station Elcrew Avenue One’ in the Sinam-dong area of Dong-gu, Daegu, in March.

This complex consists of two buildings ranging from 6 basement floors to 17 above-ground floors, with 191 households and commercial facilities within the complex. By exclusive area, the units are ▲71㎡ 32 households ▲79㎡ 16 households ▲81㎡ 32 households ▲84㎡A 32 households ▲84㎡B 16 households ▲84㎡C 15 households ▲84㎡D 16 households ▲84㎡E 16 households ▲131㎡ 16 households.

The Sinam-dong area in Dong-gu, Daegu, where the complex is located, is expected to transform into Daegu’s new residential town. Dong-gu, Daegu is currently promoting the Sinam Redevelopment Promotion District Project (Sinam New Town). The Sinam New Town project is a plan to demolish old houses in the 766,718㎡ area of Sinam-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu, and build 8,714 new apartment units.
